Feel the rush of the rapids as you navigate through white water tubing a 4km section from Cradock weir to the old kommetjies. After every rapid there is a lovely flat water section to relax and have a swim if the rapid hasn't forced you to swim already. At the finish you can swim in the big eddy or even do a little ledge jump into the river.

Conquer your fears as you descend down towering cliffs with our abseiling adventures. The abesiling takes place at Eerste Kranz - a 47m rockface with spectacular views of Cradock and the Great Fish River. You can expect a short hike to the top so bring along refreshments. After your descent, you can either come back to the top or walk down to the road where the vehicles are parked.

Experience the ultimate thrill of our giant swing, towering 10 metres above the ground.
We also built the swing on an embankment to ensure maximum thrill factor. You will be strapped into a harness and clipped in, hoisted to the 10m mark, you will hear the click of the quick release - from that moment all you can do is enjoy the swing.
